Bob Meynardie
Bob has been a state court-certified mediator since 2000 and is listed on the list of qualified mediators for the U.S. District Court for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of North Carolina and the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals. He is a member of the American Arbitration Association’s Board of Neutrals for both arbitration and mediation of both commercial and construction cases. Bob has also served as a neutral in numerous “private” arbitrations.
Joe Nanney
Joe has mediated scores of cases in his 28-year legal career as an advocate for both plaintiffs and defendants. He became a certified Superior Court mediator in 2010. Joe enjoys helping litigants and their counsel use creative problem-solving to resolve seemingly intractable disputes.
